Beef Noodle Casserole
Beef Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 5 oz. egg noodles (less, if desired), 1 can shoe peg corn, 1 can tomatoes, drained and 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil noodles in 1-quart water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
Brown beef and onion together; drain fat.
Add tomatoes, corn, soup and noodles and beef in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with olives.
Top with grated cheese and bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
