Brown onions in a small amount of oil; set aside.
Cook ground beef until in chunky, crumbled pieces; pour off fat!!
In a crock-pot, add all remaining ingredients.
Mix well; cook 2 hours. Add more "hot," if desired.
Serve over grilled hot dogs.
