👨🍳 Instructions
Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Beat by hand (about 50 strokes). Pour in greased oblong pan. Bake 25 minutes at 325° or 350°.
Remove from oven and sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies. Bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and pour icing over brownies.
