Blonde Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. light brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until well blended.
Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips.
Mix or stir very well.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool in pan for several hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
