Braised Sirloin Tips
Braised Sirloin Tips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef sirloin tip roast, cut into 1-inch cubes, 2 tbsp. fat, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef consomme, 2/3 c. red burgundy wine and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat in fat. Add beef consomme, red Burgundy wine, soy sauce, minced garlic and salt.
Heat to boiling.
Turn down heat and simmer until tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Combine cornstarch and hot water.
Pour into meat mixture and cook until thickened. Serve over noodles or rice.
