Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bran, 1 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. salad oil and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak 1 cup bran in boiling water.
Mix together sugar, salad oil, eggs and buttermilk.
Sift together flour, soda and salt; add to sugar mixture.
Add the soaked bran, plus dry bran and raisins. Bake in well greased and floured muffin tins at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
