Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. all-bran, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour boiling water over All-Bran.
Let stand until cool.
Cream together oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 3/4 cups buttermilk.
Add the bran mix, then add 2 more cups dry All-Bran. Mix well.
Cover.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Do not stir!
Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Mixture will keep 5 weeks.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
May add nuts, raisins and currants.
