Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. 100% bran (cereal), 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour water over 100% Bran. Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, milk and 100% Bran. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add All-Bran and let stand overnight in refrigerator before baking. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen. Batter keeps in refrigerator for 7 weeks.
