Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. 100% (nabisco) bran, 1 c. shortening, 3 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pour 2 cups boiling water over 100% Bran.
Set aside.
Cream the shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift and add flour, soda and salt into egg mixture. Add cooled Bran mixture.
Stir in buttermilk and All-Bran. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400Β° about 20 to 22 minutes.
Keep batter in refrigerator. Do not stir batter when you take some out! Makes 6 dozen muffins.
