Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 c. shreds of whole bran cereal, 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs and 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix cereal and buttermilk.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add oil and eggs.
Blend well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Batter can be baked immediately or stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
