Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. all-bran cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In a large mixing bowl combine milk and All-Bran until softened.
Add egg and oil; beat well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Spray muffin tin with Pam. Fill cups about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400Β° about 20 minutes or until brown on top.
Makes 12 large muffins or 48 mini muffins.
