Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 slices white bread, 1 (13 oz.) can carnation milk, 2 c. sweet milk, 1/3 c. melted butter and 2 tbsp. shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak bread and coconut in sweet milk.
Add evaporated milk. Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and beat until slightly thickened.
Add vanilla and butter.
Mix well; then stir in bread mixture.
Stir well.
Add raisins.
Let set for 3 to 5 minutes; pour into dish.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes.
