Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Breakfast Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage, crumbled, browned and drained, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 3 slices white bread, torn into small pieces, 6 eggs, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown and drain sausage.
Put in bottom of ungreased glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle bread on top of sausage, then do the same with the cheese.
In bowl, mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over top in baking dish.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake 1/2 hour in 350Β° oven.
