Bridal Oatmeal Muffins
Bridal Oatmeal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oatmeal (not instant), 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk, 1 egg, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak oatmeal in buttermilk 1 hour.
Add egg and beat well. Add sugar and then flour, which has been mixed with other dry ingredients.
Mix well and add melted butter.
Bake in greased muffin pans in hot 400Β° oven for 12 to 18 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Makes 1 dozen.
