Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
Broccoli And Cheese Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. rotelle pasta, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with oleo.
Cook pasta and broccoli according to package instructions.
Put into casserole dish and mix thoroughly with the mushroom soup.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for about 30 minutes at 350Β°. (I use slotted spoon to scoop out the broccoli.)
