Broccoli Cheese Bake
Broccoli Cheese Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. hamburger helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni, 2 2/3 c. water and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Rinse frozen broccoli under cold water to separate.
Drain.
Cook and stir ground beef in a 10-inch skillet until light brown; drain.
Stir in broccoli, macaroni, sauce mix, water and cream cheese.
Heat, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole or oblong baking dish, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch.
Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
