Blend water, butter and cocoa in saucepan and heat to boiling.
Add flour, sugar, soda, vanilla and cinnamon.
Blend well.
Stir in eggs and buttermilk.
Beat well.
Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch cookie sheet.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 20 minutes, no longer.
Spread frosting.
