Bundt Vegetable Bread
Bundt Vegetable Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) cans biscuits (10 to a can), 6 slices fried, crumbled bacon, 1/2 c. finely chopped green or red pepper, 1/2 c. finely chopped white onion and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese (grated cheddar is better), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350°.
Fry and crumble bacon; drain off fat for something else.
Melt oleo and saute celery, onion and pepper in oleo.
Cut biscuits in 6 pieces each.
Mix everything in a large bowl.
Put in Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
Will look lumpy.
Bake at 340° for 30 minutes or less until browned.
Good with lite butter or sour cream
(1/3 cup milk, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese).
Mix together in blender.
Can be frozen.
