Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. oleo or butter, melted, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first four ingredients, mixing well.
Reserve 1/3 cup mixture; firmly press remaining mixture on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy; gradually add 1 1/2 cups sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each.
Add sour cream and flavorings; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 475° for 10 minutes; reduce to 300° and bake 50 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Chill.
