Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small boxes butter pecan instant pudding, 5 or 6 well beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 to 2 c. cream and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare the instant pudding.
Set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Mix the beaten eggs, sugar, pudding and cream.
Put these in freezer can after they are mixed.
Add enough milk to have can 3/4 full.
Freeze.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
