Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box jell-o instant vanilla pudding, 2 large cans pet evaporated milk, 1 1/2 qt. milk, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown pecans in butter for 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towel until cool.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients.
Put in ice cream machine and let it churn for 5 minutes.
Then add the pecans to the ice cream.
Restart the machine and let churn until machine stops.
Pack with ice and let it stand for 1 hour for best results.
