Butter-Pecan Ice Cream

Made with 2 c. chopped pecans (i use 1 1/2 c.), 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 cans evaporated milk (large) and 2 pkg. butter-pecan instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
