Butterhorn Rolls
Butterhorn Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick melted butter (margarine), 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1 c. warm water) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat 3 eggs, add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 stick melted margarine, yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon salt.
Beat well.
Add 5 cups flour and mix.
Let rise overnight in well-greased bowl. Put dough on floured surface.
Divide in 3 equal parts.
Roll each part pie shaped.
Spread with melted margarine.
Cut into 8 or 16 equal parts.
Roll up, beginning at large end.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Make sure small end is on bottom.
Let rise 4 hours. Bake in 350Β° oven until golden brown.
