Mix sugar, and salt in mixing bowl.
Mix cocoa, water and margarine
Bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Stir well and add buttermilk, eggs and soda plus vanilla.
In greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
