Butternut Squash Praline Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen butternut squash, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine squash, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat until squash is hot, stirring frequently.
Add squash to eggs, mixing well.
Pour squash into greased 1-quart casserole. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and pecans. Sprinkle praline mixture over squash.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
