Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. nuts and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. In medium saucepan melt morsels and margarine.
Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Press 1/2 mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg.
Pour into dish.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
