Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. butterscotch chips, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. chopped nuts and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium pan, melt chips and margarine. Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Press half of mixture onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
In bowl, mix cheese until fluffy.
Beat in Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into pan on top of crumb mixture.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill before cutting into bars.
Refrigerate.
