Mix flour and butter together; put in greased pan.
Pat down lightly fingers bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Completely cool.
Then mix all eight ingredients.
Spread over baked mixture above. until mixture is brown, about 30 minutes, at 325°.
Completely cool.
Add icing.
