Captain's Kitchen Fried Shrimp
Captain'S Kitchen Fried Shrimp is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined with tails on, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. cornmeal, 1/2 c. cracker meal and 1/2 c. canned cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Clean shrimp, leaving tails on (this makes shrimp more moist). Run cold water over shrimp; drain.
Pour chilled cream in small bowl.
Dip shrimp in cream, then shake in paper bag containing bread mix.
As you bread shrimp, place on platter.
Chill at least 1 hour, then fry in hot oil.
Salt while they are hot.
