(1 bag) kraft caramels, 1/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. melted margarine or butter and 1/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Press 1/2 cake mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle 6 to 8 ounces chocolate chips. Pour caramel over chocolate chips.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
