Catalina Salad
Catalina Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, halved, red onion, kidney beans and great northern beans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut up lettuce and tomatoes.
Add any other salad fixings you wish (cucumbers, peppers, etc.).
Cut onion in large pieces.
Add 1/2 can kidney beans and/or 1/2 can Great Northern beans, rinsed. Add dressing and mix.
Before serving, add olives and Fritos.
