Cheese Frosted Sandwiches
Cheese Frosted Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf sandwich bread, trim crust (24 slices), 2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives and 2/3 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chicken, boiled eggs, olives and mayonnaise.
Make 8 sandwiches with 3 slices of bread to each sandwich.
Beat cheese, raw egg and butter until fluffy.
Frost tops and sides of sandwiches with cheese mixture.
Make at least 24 hours in advance.
Can be made several days ahead and refrigerated.
Before serving, heat for 15 minutes in 375Β° oven that has been preheated. Cut each sandwich into quarters.
