Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 4 or 5 large eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a spring-form pan and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
After cake is slightly cool, mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Refrigerate. Top with cherries or fruit of your choice.
