Cheesecake Cookies
Cheesecake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. flour (all-purpose), 1/3 c. melted butter and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 5 ingredients until like meal.
Reserving 1 cup of mixture, spread in an 8-inch buttered square pan.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Put cream cheese in mixing bowl.
Beat together with sugar, egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla.
Pour over cooked crust; sprinkle remaining crust mixture over top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
When cool, cut into squares.
