Cheesecake Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream the cream cheese; add sugar and beat eggs in one at a time.
Add vanilla. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
Bake for about 50 minutes at 325Β° until light brown.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spoon into centers.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
