Cheesecake Glazes(Take Your Choice, You Can'T Go Wrong!) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. medium strawberries, 12 oz. red raspberry jelly, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. cointreau and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Several hours before serving, wash, hull and thoroughly dry strawberries.
In saucepan, combine several tablespoons jelly with cornstarch, mix well.
Add remaining jelly, Cointreau and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened and clear, about 5 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally. Serves 10 to 15.
