Cheesecake Supreme
Cheesecake Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 3/8 c. sugar, 2 tsp. grated lemon peel, 3/4 c. butter or oleo and 2 small egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Blend thoroughly.
Put 1/3 of dough on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan (sides removed).
Bake in hot oven at 400Β° about 8 minutes or until golden.
Cool. Attach sides to bottom.
Butter and put remaining dough on sides to height of 1 3/4 inches.
