Cheeseless Cheesecake
Cheeseless Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 2 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, 1 can crushed pineapple (sugarless), 1 1/3 c. dry powdered milk and 4 pkg. sweetener (8 tsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water (you can do this in microwave oven on High for 30 seconds; don't scorch.) Add everything in blender.
Blend 4 or 5 minutes in blender.
Pour in graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
Top with cherry pie filling.
One-quarter serving = 1 milk and 1 fruit.
