Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 cans diced green chilies, 1/2 tsp. cumin and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix all ingredients including just 2 cups of cheese and excluding the tortillas.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each tortilla and add a little extra cheese.
Roll and place seam side down in a baking dish.
Pour the remainder of the mixture over the filled tortillas and sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
