Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz process cheese, divided, 2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. chopped green onion and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix 1/3 cup Cheez Whiz, sour cream, onion and chili powder and stir in chicken.
Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto flour tortilla and roll up.
(Tortillas may work better if slightly warmed in microwave.)
Place filled tortilla seam side down in 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Top enchiladas with 1/2 cup salsa.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Microwave remaining Cheez Whiz in jar on High 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth when stirred.
Pour over enchiladas immediately when they are taken out of oven.
Serve with additional salsa.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
