Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken And Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, cold water to moisten (dough should be very stiff) and 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour and salt.
Add eggs and enough water to make stiff dough.
Roll out on floured surface until very thin.
Cut into 1-inch strips.
Have chicken broth boiling and salted to taste. Pinch dumpling strips into small bits and drop into boiling broth. Cook about 10 minutes, then add chicken.
