Chicken and Rice

In a pan mix soup, nutmeg and water.
Add raw rice to soup mixture and stir.
Lay chicken on top; skin side up.
Dribble butter across top.
Sprinkle each part of chicken with salt and paprika.
Cover with foil and put in 250° oven for 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil and turn to 350° and let cook about 1/2 hour more. Let sit about 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
