Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix ingredients together.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place chicken skin side up on top of rice mixture.
Melt 1/4 pound butter and drizzle over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
If using a glass dish, bake at 325°.
May use whole chicken or parts as desired.
