In a 3/4-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except chicken, butter and seasoning.
In a frying pan, melt butter, add seasonings and chicken.
Brown chicken a little.
Place on top of rice mixture in casserole dish.
Cover.
Bake in moderate oven (375Β°) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
