Chicken and Sour Cream Enchiladas
Chicken And Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced ortega chilies, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 pkg. grated jack cheese and 1 pkg. grated longhorn cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook and cube chicken.
Mix together all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of pan (so they don't stick).
Put 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla and some of the cheese, roll and place in pan.
After all are rolled up, spread rest of sauce and cheese on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350Β°.
