Chicken Breast Stir-Fry
Chicken Breast Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. chicken breast fillets (skinned and boneless), 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combination), 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 4 to 6 servings rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Chop chicken breasts into small pieces.
Toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and set aside to marinate for 2 to 3 minutes. Prepare vegetables and rice according to package directions. Heat wok or large skillet on medium to high setting.
When hot, add vegetable oil and chicken pieces.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Add drained mushrooms, drained vegetables and soy sauce.
Serve over cooked rice.
