Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. celery, cut fine, 1/2 c. bell pepper, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1/2 c. grain rice, uncooked and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put the celery, pepper and onions in the bottom of a long casserole dish.
Spread the rice over this, then the cream of chicken soup.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
Salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
