Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with c. chicken, cooked and boned, bread (4 to 5 c. cubed bread in place of slices), eggs, well beaten, margarine or butter and chicken noodle soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Break bread into pieces as if for stuffing unless you are using cubed plain stuffing pieces.
Add soup, 1/2 stick melted margarine and eggs and blend well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.
Sprinkle crushed potato chips and 1/2 stick margarine (or butter) over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set.
