Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with chicken fryer, cooked, debone and chop, (6 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, oleo, melted, c. chopped celery and c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Spread 2/3 of cornbread stuffing in bottom of 1 large baking dish, ungreased.
Sprinkle chopped chicken over mixture.
Mix soup, chicken broth, chopped celery, chopped onions and oleo together.
Cook this mixture in large boiler until onions and celery are tender.
Pour this over cornbread mix and chopped chicken.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown.
