Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with chicken breasts, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup and small bag pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken breasts for 1 1/2 hours with 2 tablespoons of butter and salt.
Let cool; debone and skin breasts.
Save 1 1/2 cups of broth.
Mix all 3 cans of soup with broth; mix well.
Melt stick of margarine; add to stuffing until moist.
Layer stuffing, chicken, then soup.
Repeat until all is used.
Top with stuffing. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
